This is our particular interpretation of Pinot noir, one of the greatest red grape varieties in the world. Here, at the feet of our rugged mountains , it unfolds red fruits aromas, including cherry and forest fruits, together with spicy notes. Al palato, Renero è pieno, corposo con tannicità percettibile e persistente.
It pairs well with red meat dishes and aged cheese.
The queen of Piedmontese red grapes joins our land, lying between rugged heights and gentle hills. El Dolfo is an organic, single-varietal, piedmontese red wine obtained using exclusively Nebbiolo grapes. Complex and fine, it showcases distinct aromas of violets and raspberry, while being round and lightly tannic in the mouth.
Try it with stuffed pasta recipes and red or game meat dishes.
Produced with one of the most excellent piedmontese red grape varieties, it is characterized by a ruby red color and amaranth shades that have inspired its name, being “Merlu” a piedmontese term referring to a typical, reddish-feathered bird. It has a rich bouquet with an abundance of blackberry and forest fruits notes. Broad on the palate: given its persistence and robustness, it is offset by a good balance of acidity.
Try it in combination with roasts and stews, game and aged cheeses.
A mono-varietal wine for true wine lovers. Gemma Vitis is an organic, DOC certified red wine of a vibrant ruby red color. Unmistakable. Floral notes can be perceived at first, followed by peppery aromas.
It feels slightly sparkling and lively on the palate, with tantalizing hints of carbon dioxide. The early mouth-filling sensation leads to a grippy finish.
It works well with cold cuts, pasta or rice recipes served with sauces and semi-hard cheese.
