The history of the Verbian it’s an ancient one. It is a piedmontese organic white wine made from an alpine grape variety, almost extinguished today, that we decided to recover and test. This is a single-varietal wine, dedicated to the importance of traditions and cultural heritage preservation. From generation to generation.
traw yellow with greenish hues in color. The nose is rich and intense, revealing hints of citrus fruits, rose and herbs, such as sage. It feels round and sapid, enriched by passion fruit notes. Herbaceous tones jump out in the aftertaste.

Made using an excellent grape variety, Il Pellengo reflects the terroir it belongs to, characterized by snowy mountains, nearby hills and ordinary temperature variations.
An organic, piedmontese white wine of a straw yellow color that triggers sensations of exotic fruit and freshness. Citrus fruits, broom flowers and lemon zest notes stand out. Fruity hints of white peach are layered with rennet apple tangs on the palate. A sapid, mineral white wine showing notes of herbs.

For this wine, we have chosen one of the most excellent french grapes, marked by herbal and mineral notes, that we have adjusted by sticking to the nature of our foothills terroir. The Cupa d’Or is an organic wine, straw yellow in color and highly aromatic.
The nose is characterized by the typical aromas of the variety, such as pomegranate, white peach and floral fragrances. It feels fresh and delicate in the mouth, with good sapidity and well-balanced acidity.
Ideal as an apéritif, it serves a good choice for appetizers, fish and spicy dishes.
Our particular terroir embraces also native grape varieties belonging to extra-regional areas , such as Colli Tortonesi.
